Ministry of the Environment
We trained teams from the Ministry and its subordinate bodies - the State Service for Protected Territories, the two Protected Territories Directorates and the National Land Service - on how to streamline processes and increase their efficiency. We reviewed more than 15 business processes and made suggestions for improvement. We helped to develop organisational strategies, review and update organisational structure.

Ministry of Economy and Innovation
We used the 360 feedback method to identify managers' competencies, provide them with feedback on their results, and suggest areas for developing leadership competencies.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
We introduced and trained the Ministry's staff on how to apply LEAN tools such as X-Matrix, Value Stream Maps, KAIZEN, Asaichi, etc. to their activities.

Ministry of Social Security and Labor
We helped create the organization's mission, vision, strategy, and values, and together with the client's team, we prepared strategic projects.

Attorney General's Office
We identified and analysed key business processes, identified workload drivers, action time norms and developed a methodology to determine workloads.

Public Management Agency
We held a strategy session to clarify the organisation's mission, vision and strategic objectives.

State Food and Veterinary Office
We helped review and update the organisation's structure. We improved 8 business processes in the area of personal services.

State Tax Inspectorate
We trained our client's teams on how to streamline processes and increase their efficiency. Together, we reviewed more than 20 business processes and developed improvement plans. We organised sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement. We trained employees on how to apply LEAN tools such as X-Matrix, Value Stream Maps, KAIZEN, Asaichi and others.

Civil Service Department
We have analysed the centralised selection processes for civil servants and made proposals to optimise them.

Department of Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control
We held a session to refresh the organization's values for the management team.

National Public Health Laboratory
We reviewed and improved 6 processes in the area of personal service.

Construction Sector Development Agency
We helped develop the organisation's mission, vision and strategy, worked with the client's team to develop strategic projects and improve 6 processes.

State Office for Protected Areas
We trained our client's teams on how to streamline processes and increase their efficiency. Together with them, we reviewed more than 6 business processes, made suggestions and developed an organisational strategy.

State Forest Service

We reviewed the process of developing and marketing textbooks and conducted an ex-post impact assessment.

National telecommunications hub
We facilitated a strategy session, helping to clarify strategic objectives and their indicators.

Vilnius City Municipal Administration
We reviewed the 4 business processes selected by the client and made suggestions to improve their efficiency. The project generated suggestions on how to increase the speed of service delivery with fewer resources.

Vilnius Teachers' House
We provided training to heads of Vilnius educational institutions on the topics of organizational leadership and organizational financial management. We taught them how to apply LEAN tools X-Matrix, value stream maps, KAIZEN, Asaichi, etc. in their activities.

Vilnius Public Health Office
We helped create the organization's mission, vision, strategy, and values, prepared strategic projects together with the office team, implemented an employee suggestion system, conducted an employee engagement survey, and improved budget planning and asset management processes.

Vilnius district municipality
We reviewed 18 public service delivery processes and made suggestions for improvement.

Šiauliai City Municipality Administration
We reviewed and helped improve 4 operational processes in the area of customer service.

Telšiai district municipality administration
We have analysed admissions processes and developed a new admissions model.

Klaipėda City Municipality Administration
Conducted 77 Kaizen sessions for all municipal departments. We evaluated the project management methodology and suggested how to improve it. We provided project management training for municipal staff. We trained them on how to use LEAN tools such as X-Matrix, value stream maps, KAIZEN, Asaichi, etc.

Accounting for Kaunas budgetary institutions
We have analysed key business processes and made suggestions for improvement and robotics.

Association of Young Doctors
We helped the organisation clarify its mission, vision and strategy. We provided the participants with strategic thinking, strategic management of the organisation.
